At HHE, every body is welcome. We design plus-size pieces to feel easy, warm, and like they belong on you — not like an afterthought.
Fit is personal. If something isn’t quite right, email us first. We’ll treat you with care and help you find a better option.
🔄 EXCHANGES
Need a different size? Email us your order number and the size you’d like. When that size is available, we can usually send it.
If the size you need isn’t available, we’ll email you options — typically store credit, another style, or a refund.
⚠️ IF SOMETHING ISN’T RIGHT
If a piece arrives damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, email support@hheplussize.com as soon as you notice — please within 7 days of delivery — with your order number and a few clear photos.
We’ll take a look and follow up with next steps.
📦 RETURN CONDITIONS
Please request a return within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify, items should be:
•unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
•free of stains, odors, makeup, deodorant, or pet hair
•undamaged, with original tags attached
•returned in the original HHE packing bag they arrived in
Items that don’t meet these notes may not qualify.
💰 RETURNS & HHE GIFT CARD
For a regular return, return shipping is on you. Please use a trackable method, and don’t combine more than one order in the same package. If a return package goes missing in transit, we may not be able to complete the return.
Our Courtesy Subsidy: We understand that return shipping can be an extra expense. To help share this cost with you, once your return is successfully processed and your item refund is issued, we will send you a complimentary $7 HHE Gift Card to your email for your next purchase!
✅ REFUNDS
You can choose store credit for the item amount and use it on a future order when you’re signed in.
If you’d like the item refunded to your original payment method, we’ll share return steps. When an item is sent back, we review it on arrival. Approved refunds go to your original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank or card may take another 5–7 business days to show the funds.
Original outbound shipping isn’t refunded (including free standard shipping). Expedited shipping isn’t refunded.

3.Please wait for that note before shipping anything back. We can’t process packages sent without a reply from us.
